So I took my time and filled everything out carefully, following the instructions the provide and it said I either needed to file the Summons with Notice form, OR the Summons form with the Verified Complaint form. So I filed the Summons with Notice because its mutual and I got them back in the mail today saying I needed to file a verified complaint. Can anyone help me? There are no children, no dispute of property or request for relief. Very straight forward situation here. Thanks.
