He communicates about me/my children and my company on his Facebook page that is open to the public. He communicates about my whereabouts and talks about getting revenge. There are posts about my whereabouts. he took my picture of me in my car and posted it and called me his Psycho Stalker on the internet and he then made a video of me in my car.
He has an Ak47 he has a post about my son, stating his name AND then his friend replies "I am proud of you for not shooting him"
He posts harassing/alarming remarks. He took a picture from my company website and and posted it on his Facebook calling me names and causing his daughter and friend to say alarming things about me. He used his open Facebook wall to post vidoes/pictures about me and to harass me. He sent my friend the link to his open public Facebook page.
Ok..is this a violation of the Final Retraining Order?
For Stalking and Harassment. (He has an aK 47) He is a former NJ State Trooper.
I need answers please.

Holy crap! I think you should call the domestic violence hotline and get someone to help you file harassment charges and get more of a restraining order. The people there can help you decipher the level of threat and also pick which remarks and actions violate not only your FRO but the law!

Report him to fb and inform them of the restraining order. He has to be violating their terms of service.

You would think. I was told to show the prosecutor all the threats...her response I should not of Clicked..real cute answer. The cops won't help because I m not physically hurt,
and he is a former nj state trooper so he gets a lot a slack.
This is a nightmare for me. He gets away with so much. He was arrested for harassment for taking my picture but I think he is going to walk. The prosecutors are not doing their job protecting my kids and me. And I am scared.
The DV unit of Ocean County know about his AK47 and they have seen his threats...but...I dont think they care.

Facebook has way way too many users to possibly read and enforce. And if they did...do you really think that would stop him. It would be a joke to him. This a very serious issue for me. He does not care about ramifications of anything.

If he doesn't care about the ramifications of anything, then no suggestion on an internet board is going to be the magic cure. You'll either have to change your life to avoid him, or find another way to stop his behavior.
Abusers are just grown up playground bullies; it takes a bigger bully to scare em off.

this is way too much.. you should go and file a complaint with the cops.. you are encouraging him by not doing anything to prevent what he is doing.. i think you should report him to the authorities as soon as possible.. and send a mail to facebook about his activities.. they will help you..
