Home,fire insurance, I lost everything,get nothing

The wife and I had a house fire during the marriage. Insurance paid $140,000. I just found out I get nothing in the divorce. I have less now than I had before the marriage,because of the fire. House was in her name,I helped pay morgage and insurance premium. The new home was put in my name for insuranse purpose. I had to sign it over to her and I can't even get the burnt house. I got hosed!!!!
