My fiance's wife will not sign the divorce papers for one reason, Me.
I explained everything in the General Divorce spot, but the sheer insanity of this has lead me to join a forum for advice because nobody will give you any if you dont have a lot of money.
She is the one who wanted the divorce, complained about getting a divorce, but now that he is with me, she won't sign the papers. If he was miserable and alone, she definitely would, and she is using this as a way to get back at us, and I dont really know too many people in PA who filed for divorce and the reason they stayed married for 2 years wasnt because they wanted to, it was a form of torture for one of the parties. They wouldnt do it, just to make the other persons life a living hell for 2 years & have that control over them.
Why is PA like that? Why do they want to make ppl who dont want to be together, be together FOR YEARS ... to me its ridiculous. We had planned on a summer wedding, but thats not happening thanks to the wife.
If you need more info on my situation, as any advice or help is appreciated, you can go to my post in the General Divorce section... I would really appreciate any input.
Anybody in here had divorce used as torture as well? If so, how did you get out of it? ... or did you?
