Family Support

My husband pays family support under Sec.71. His ex-wife has been engaged & lives with her fiancee for 3yrs. She is waiting for the payments to end to get married. Can Sec.71 be renegotiated? The kids are now 19, 17 & 16. He pays for most of the expenses even though she is suppose to pay 40% of everything.

Isn't that alimony? You might try that board instead of child support.
