Doctor info

Not sure where to post this. My ex is refusing to give me the name and number of my sons doctor. I have asked him the name and he says he does not know and his mother said tell him he has to ask me. I have asked her and she refuses to anwser. what can I do? should I just file something with the court.

You said on another board that he's on meds. Isn't the Dr's name on the prescription bottle? That would be required. If she doesn't send it in the bottle you may want to tell her it's illegal to travel with prescription meds not in a properly labeled bottle. That way she may not realize you want the bottle in order to get the information. Otherwise, yes i think you'd have to file something with the courts. (You shouldn't HAVE to but it sounds like she won't give up the info voluntarily.)

she made sure to put the med in an unmarked bottle. I guess iI will have to make the lawyers more money.It gets me crazy she can do what she wants with no reprecussions

I don't know your backstory Jim.....are the meds a controlled substance for ADD ? It's criminal to be strolling around with those if you can't prove they're for ds and properly prescribed.
