My wife and I have been married going on 6 years. This is not the first marriage for either of us and we have no kids between us. I have an opportunity to go into business, but it will require I either dip into our joint credit or my retirement funds. She naturally is scared to death of me racking up our credit bills on this and I do not want to dip into my retirement funds as this may leave her with a part of the business but with none of the risk. Anyway, we are a perfect case for a post-nuptial agreement but have of course found out that Ohio is the only state that explicitly bans them. So what is to prevent us from getting a marriage dissolution, negotiating a prenup and then getting remarried? Does anybody know of any cases where a divorce was nullified? Yes I have an attorney and if that is the only advice you have then it is already known. Thanks
