Is your child support set up through your state's enforcement office? I would contact them to see; in my state, the cs enforcement office would file for contempt for me. My ex also lives in a different state and his state won't even talk to me lol, I have to go through mine.
But try this, they have a number on the bottom: oag.state.tx.us/cs/about/index.shtml

Here you can do chip even if it is court ordered for him to have insurance. However; no I can't qualify them as long as he does have them insured.
Right but do you understand that if he is CO'd to provide insurance and doesn't the courts can go after HIM to pay the state back for that "free" insurance? Someone is paying for it....it's NOT free. So basically if he doesn't cover them then the tax payers of TX do and you're ok with that?
Go after the CS arrears but don't complain that he pays for insurance coverage.

You know what right now I am.. I have always paid taxes and my parents pay taxes and chip isn't a they pay everything program. I would still have to pay so much a month to them, but yes I would be ok with it because I can't afford to take my kids to the doctor right now. Those programs are set into place for people that need them. I don't do food stamps or housing assistance but I sure would take help with medical so that I could afford to get my kids teeth taken care of, and my younger son has horrible allergy issues, and so on and so forth. I am not ignorant to believe that it is "free" but if it means better care for my kids you better believe I will take it if I can. I will complain about the insurance because it doesn't cover anything!!!! Until each kid hits $6,000 in medical bills a year it litteraly covers NOTHING!! I'm really starting to believe this forum is more of a bash center. Thank you to all who have assisted me, but I've been doing it on my own this long guess I'll continue to do so vs. hanging around on these things where some people have no sense of respect or concern.

My ex was ordered to pay medical reimbursements for insurance and dental. She refuses to pay. Child support was also ordered to stop. She refused to sign the orders. So the payments were still coming out when I received custody and are still coming out. Finally the orders were enforced into the courts without her signature and are waiting to be entered. How do I get her to pay all the money that she owes me? Her attorney can no longer get ahold of her and she has disconnected her phone and I can no longer get ahold of her, do not know where she is
