harrassment through the courts?

My ex has filed a complaint against me. Again. The last time he took me to court, the judge threw out the case and stated that my ex could not come back with the same issue. That judgement was final and would not be reconsidered.

My ex has taken me to court on this issue, twice before.

I live in WI. Is there anything to prevent this type of harrassment? I get severe anxiety any time I have to face my ex as he was extremely abusive.

Ask for attorney fees and psychiatric evaluation of ex.
