my ex is disabled & orderd to pay off 2 ccs per our divorce judgement. i am primary on the cards & can't get my name removed. i recieved a call from collections stating that he hs not been making payments on one of the card. this is not the first time. i have already taken him to court once over this & he got back on track with making payments, for a while. and so we will be headed bck to court again.
can his social security disability benefits be garnished to pay these ccs if it is court ordered? i really see no other way to amke sure that they are paid. as it is, he is only making min. payments & will probaby be paying until he is 70.
