please just give me a logical answer....

especially for those who lived in a life of luxery and want things when they already have a paid for home and money that is over what the average person has to get a job. They will have a retirement income, and draw security and get half of my 30 year retirement from the Navy.Which will be app.2000 a month an IRA of over 150000 and illeagally closed out accounts of excess of 250,000 dollars , CDs that have been withdrawn by the ex to be in excess of 250,000 , also swore an oath before a mediator and lied and was caught but is still abel to keep dragging the divorce out for over 1 year and 3 months, I am not a millionair and cannot figure out why no attorney has helped me to complete the divorce in a timely fasion as we have no children and just a home that is paid for that would be worth 500,000 but due to the recession may be worth 200,ooo and as been offered to her in place of also giving her alimony. She is from the Phillapeans where we met and wants to take every single penny i have. In addition she swore she would destroy me. Where is the justice?I have justified all monies i have to my attorney and she not.I have all the receipts for all that each of us would have financailly.How can she get away and keep closing accounts and get away with it. My health is going down and I have no one to give me a answer as why someone can lie under oath and keep on finding ways to get more money...
