I am a long distance dad and finally got my ex to take my son to his psycologist to have confrontation session. The session went well but we need to a few more sessions. My ex did not like my son's report of the session and decided that she would not drive him to another session. I called my mother to help with the driving and my ex stated that my son was not avaliable to go to any sessions even if she did not have to drive him there. My son is 16. I want to report the situation to state agency in Texas. Do I report it to Child Protected Services? is there another agency?
Your answers will be appreciated.

Texas CPS< in regards to emotional abuse, is worthless (trust me, I KNOW). All you can really do is document the refusal, and take it to court.
