my ex is really trying to stick it to me. Not only is she trying to relocate with our daughter i just received more papers in the mail asking for my monthly income. How dare she? I pay $119 a month, and she gets $58 of that. Why is she doing this to me? I called her and asked her why. And she stated that even with minimum wage i should be paying $67 a week. I have a wife and two kids to support why is she doing this to me? All i want is a relationship with my daughter. I think she's being very ignorant and unfair.

Having read your posts on the other forum (most of us read more than one forum, you know), You have it backwards.
Your ex isn't trying to stick it to you. You are sticking it to her.
Don't be surprised if the amount goes up and an amount tacked onto the higher weekly amount until the arrears are paid off.
Hopefully, she will also get an order to have your wages garnished.
I feel sorry for all of your kids. They really got the short straw when it comes to a father.

honestly i dont have any arrears im completely up to date. They took my income taxes in 2010 so im up to date.

Good for your ex. But she shouldn't have had to wait for your income tax refund. BTW, if you are continuing to pay less than the court ordered amount since the seizure, there ARE arrears.
BTW, you will more than likely (and most definitely SHOULD) be ordered to pay more than the pittance you are now.
Now, the question is: Are you going to continue to stick it to your ex and not pay your full share of support for your child?

i only have a court order to pay the $119 which is what im paying.

Medical costs are in addition to child support.
