What was the prior order based on? Are you in a state that takes into account both parent's income? Was your last CS obligation based on you being at "poverty level"? In NYS if you are considered "poverty level" then the CS you pay will be decreased.
Same state may take into account subsequent children (children that came after the one with the current order).
Do you pay CS to any other children through a court order?
The laws of CS work according to your state- if your X is due an increase based on your income increasing then she is not being unfair. If your X is able to relocate your child- there may be a deduction in CS due to "extraordinary visitation expenses". However I would make CERTAIN that of your X relocates your child that she pays for 100% of the visitation costs.

the order was made in Feb 2009. No i dont make $2 a day. Yes they take into consideration my exs income. No i only have 2 kids (1 with ex, 1 with wife).

I think I would walk on air if we had to pay $119 a month in child support. If you are required to pay more it will come out in the paperwork. If the paperwork says you should pay more, then she is not sticking it to you, the court system is sticking it to you.

does it really matter where im from? Im not an ass i am a very concerned father. I love all my kids and i provide for them all as best i can. How come everyone in my life understands where im coming from except outsiders and people on my exs side?
