I was in Afghanistan when my ex cheated on me and got pregnant, she had me believe he was mine, during this divorce i not only found out he is not mine, the presumed father is not the father either. This divorce is going on 5 months now, they stopped the child support on the child that is not mine, but now started it back up again. She keeps delaying every thing she is ordered to do, literaly waits to the last day she has. How long can this drag on and what if she can't find the father? I can't move on with my life, I have given into everything, I just want this over and have her out of my life. Is there anything I can do to speed this up? My attorney said it most likely will take another two months. I just don't understand. :confused:

I'll be honest, it seems to be going quickly. I got a divorce in MO and it took 8 mos.
The courts are backed up and slow - there may be nothing you can do to make it faster.
