cohabitation in NJ

Can my ex-wife live with her parents after the divorce decree was finalized. This is after our house was sold & she received 50% of the purchase. She then moved to Tn, within one yr moved to Ga. Now, home to her parents house where they also reside & they have an income?

Your ex is free to live where she chooses. And with whom she chooses.

Sounds like you are trying to invoke an alimony clause....nope, won't matter if she's at her parent's home.
