Question about disability pension

I am a divorced firefighter. I get a disability pension. This is in lieu of my being able to work until retirement. Is this marital property? We filed for divorce on our own, no QDRO. We were married for 18 yrs and I started recieving the disability we were still married. We were together 8 yrs after the divorce but now are separated and she is pursuing this issue.

The divorce settlement agreement should govern.
