[censored]://news.[censored].com/victim-ordered-pay-attacker-spousal-support-201444230.html
Crystal Harris of Carlsbad, Calif., had been financially supporting her unemployed, abusive husband Shawn Harris for years. But after he sexually assaulted her in 2008, she took him to court.
The jury heard a damning audiotape of the attack secretly recorded by Crystal Harris, and her husband was convicted of forced oral copulation.
Even so, in 2010, the year their divorce became finalized, he requested spousal support. The judge awarded him $1,000 a month, and also asked Crystal Harris to pay $47,000 of her ex-husband's legal fees from the divorce proceedings.
Harris, who turned 39 Thursday, makes between $110,000 and $120,000 a year as a financial analyst, and says she has been supporting her husband -- a former car salesman -- ever since their first son was born in 2002.

I guess that was her first mistake!

Those who sit on their fat rears living off alimony are leeches and need to get a life and a dose of self respect. Especially the 96% which according to the IRS are women.

Well....here's something similar...
Men that are raped by women must pay child support if a child is conceived.
This applies to both statutory rape and otherwise.
There was a case a few years ago where a lesbian couple that wanted a child knocked out a guy with a baseball bat as he exited the alley exit of a bar....had forced sex with him while he was gagged, tied up and blindfolded, and was left in the alley to die. He survived, one of the women became pregnant, and eventually it was all found out. The police did a DNA test to assist in their prosecution, but CSE used that to force a child support order upon the victim as mom was getting state benefits.
There needs to be a common sense "catch all" law for unique cases like these. Right now there isn't. I believe in the case above, CSE's hands are tied, they must pursue child support per state statute.

In the same way that a spouse that CHEATS, and thus causes the divorce, can still get spousal support, so can an abuser. Its the fault of "no fault"...

Hell, look at the Beiber case. The woman claiming he fathered her child KNOWS that while she MIGHT get a slap on the wrist for the statutory rape, she will get a HUGE payday in child support. Its SICKENING.

Bieber is age 17. Most states place the age of consent at 16 and up. (There are some lower). As a result, it is not likely criminal.

when I divorced my ex husband years ago, I never asked him for Spousal support because quite frankly he did not have any to give, nor did i want any. I just wanted out of a very bad and abusive marriage. So come on give us women a break we all are not fat sucking leeches who do not want to do anything on our own.
