Married 31 years...seperated for the last 8. he retied 5years ago...im still working...im 58 hes 69...he is somfar in debt because of charge cards he says hes barely making it...his pension is 2900 @ month, plus social security benefits and hes still being paid for being president of his union...will i still be entitled to part of his pension...im surviving on what i make but just barely...divorce has been going on for a year now and he just turned over his discovery papers but ther are so many bogus expenses listed...his gf lives with him and she collects disability...they both drive brand new cars and travel alot...is all thisntaken in to considerztion since im living within my means and he isnt..ive just now started to have to pay some of my bills with charge cards because business is bad and i dont have the money...our divorce hearing is mar 19...thanks for any help
