Neither one of you have to leave unless there's a court order, or there is domestic violence. He cannot just "kick you out". If you decide on divorce, look into legal aid first. If that's not an option, you can file your own divorce using pro se forms available on line and at court websites. Ask for standing orders when you file and set a date for a temporary hearing, and ask the court to award you temporary exclusive use and possession of the home, child support, spousal maintenance and whatever you need to survive.

I have been screwed with everything while he can still go out an have fun an enjoy his new girlfriend.I keep looking for a lawyer that I can afford an willing to help me.

You should consult an attorney. Some give free consultations. You can at least get a general idea of what you are in for. Be sure to file an answer and counterclaim: don't ignore the paperwork.
If you received the petition/complaint for divorce, is there a hearing scheduled?

Many attorneys offer a no cost/low cost first consultation. And your husband can be ordered to pay your attorney's fees.
