need help

married for 33 years H is out of military 22 in. post office 20 years wants to get out in 2-5 years do i get half of his postal and military retiement, thanks

Only judge can decide that.

But doing rough numbers - you were married 33 years and he has worked for 22 plus 20 years (42). So you weren't married his entire service so it is unlikely you would get half. I am guessing he was already in the military for 8 years? Before you married. Which means you were only married to him on active duty for 14 years. So you will lose Tricare and all the other retiree benefits (commissary etc.) because it was not 20 years of marriage on active duty.

I know nothing about postal retirement.
