My husband and I are getting a divorce and he is the one who ended up filing for it. He lives out of state and has a lawyer handle his end. We have two children together. He cannot afford to pay the lawyer any longer but we have already agreed on terms and both signed the papers. We have a final court date coming up in two weeks and he no longer has representation and he is in the military and cannot show up for the court date. If he does not show up, but we have already agreed and signed the papers and he is the one who filed for the divorce, will they grant me the divorce? What can I do?

---> Yes.
---> I would recommend though, that you STBX write to the Judge and explain why he can't appear, but that the two of you had come to an agreement and signed it.
