Trail court divorce injustice.

Hi friend , I am new to this site but I recently got my divorce judgement with fairly so many error ...and felt almost killed by injustice...Please help me
1) for equal distribution ..they didn't even included my ex bank account for distribution only mine.
2) Judge added home down payment as my saving and added under equal distribution.
3) double dipping of money from one account an other account.
4) Money spend on house hold expenses added as equal distribution.

Please help ....my lawyer also tells me its an injustice ....I feel he din't do good job of protecting me

If you believe the court erred in its determination, your remedy is to appeal that order.

A down payment on a home made with marital funds after the separation or valuation date would be a marital asset included in a property division.

Any bank account and/or its proceeds acquired before the valuation date would be marital and should have been included in a division.

It would seem you should consult with your lawyer about appeal or hire a new one.
