You ARE aware that one can SCHEDULE emails to send?????? I could type 10 full emails out, right now.. plan to kill myself at noon tomorrow and have Outlook send every single one of them at 11:59am. Or one at 11:58am, and 9 at 12:01pm. You guys DO live in 2012 and have SOME technical savvy, no? This isn't exactly rocket science.
Gr8, the idea that you can say that they PUSHED him to MURDER his children still sickens me. No one can be pushed to do something they don't already have a natural disposition TO do.

I could not agree more - this man is scum. You defend those who cannot defend themselves - regardless of the "investigation" he should have been a protector of those innocent children, especially as their FATHER - instead he is a cold blooded killer who took the lives of his kids---just typing this makes me nautious...

The whole conversation was frustrating to listen to. Neither one spoke with any sense of urgency. The social worker should have said "I am a social worker for Josh Powell's children whose wife went missing 2 years ago...I am here for a supervised visit and he snatched the kids and slammed the door in my face...I smell gas! Send someone now! The kids are in danger!"
And instead it was like "...yes, white male...I guess his hair is brownish blonde. Yup, about 5'10 no, no , no 5'8...uh huh brown eyes...yup uh huh..." OMG they both need the [censored] shaken out of them.

WTF does any of that matter? Does it matter when he used the gas? Does it matter when he sent the emails?
Does any of the conspiracy theory nonsense change the fact that he hackedd his kids in the head and throat and blew them up in his house?

Completely and totally false. You don't have a natural disposition to divorce, yet you were placed in a situation that forced you to do so. I do not have a natural disposition to SHOOT someone, but I have no doubt I could be placed in a position that forced me to do so.

In does not sound like you folks are aware of how a 911 call center works. As SOON as the call comes in, the units are dispatched IMMEDIATELY (well, within a few minutes, once the TYPE of help is clear, but the cops are immediately sent). The info is then gathered by the operator while the responding units are already moving. The extra info is relayed by teletext or radio to the responding units.

He did what he did by his own CHOICE. No one PUSHED him or MADE him do ANYTHING. Regardless of how you want to defend it.
On the 9-1-1 call, if I recall the transcript I read correctly, the social worker was told there weren't units available and that it wasn't life-threatening so they'd have to wait.. but I may be mistaken.
Propensity to divorce.. I'd disagree with that, I probably DO have a propensity (that wasn't the word but whatever it was, I agree with it) to divorce. I subconsciously pick mates who aren't going to last "forever". I'm not the "lifetime partner" sort I don't think. I couldn't shoot anyone either I don't think.. regardless of circumstance. Gun in hand I'd probably let the other person shoot my stupid ass lol.
