It is time to file my QDRO.... I am legally divorced, I have all of the documentation to support that I do not owe my ex wife any of the pension that I earned during our nine year marriage... However, she has moved, and she never gave me her forwarding address. My plan, is to send her a copy of the documentation to her last known address return receipt requested. Does anyone know, if the court would require me to file a notice in the newspaper within the community that she was living in? I am doing this PRO PER...Thank You, Any advice would be appreciated!!
