A boyfriend sleeping in the bed with a 5 year old

Can someone advise me please my son and his wife are divorced and she has another boyfriend and my 5 year old came to my home and told me the new boyfriend was in the bed with her so when confronted by my son his ex wife said they was all in the same bed together so is there not a law against this :confused:

Many cultures accept younger children sleeping in the same bed as adults. I ran across a case of a 14 daughter sleeping with her father. The separated wife thought she had a good case, but the GAL recommended giving the father primary custody, there was no evidence of foul play.
