And yet they DIDN'T contact the girlfriend Trayvon was on the phone with , DIDN'T listen to ALL the witnesses and tagged Trayvon as a " John Doe " even though he had a WALLET and a CELL PHONE .
---> Not usual when dealing with a minor...whether it's pending family notification or initial investigation because of the asswips who want their 15 minutes of fame, even if it's "an unnamed source" leaking the information.

Actually, you can. The person holds no shop keeper's privilege that store owner would have. Any response to being detained would rightly be considered self defense where no citizen's arrest was properly occurring (observing a crime in progress).

I am curious as to what evidence you have that indicates Zimmerman tried to detain the boy?

Zimmerman's attorneys withdrew from his case. Seems they think he will speak to others without their counsel.

Actually, the reason they gave was that he approached the special prosecutor on his own, against their counsel.
But I am sure some will spin his VOLUNTARILY approaching the person that will decide to charge him or not and VOLUNTARILY speaking to them as a sign that he is guilty.

Well, you really have no proof that the bullet in Trayvon wasn't there when he was walking home...I mean if we are going to be RIDICULOUS< lets take it all the way, right?

Never saw that he had a wallet, could you source that? As for the cell phone, takes a while to trace those without a name. Funny thing is, Zimmerman's DAD says he is not a racist, but that is dismissed because its his DAD. But we SHOULD listen to Trayvon's GIRLFRIEND< because she would be COMPLETELY unbiased. And WHAT, exactly, could she testify to? That someone was following him? Not in dispute. That there was a scuffle? Not in dispute. She knows NOTHING that is not already admitted and verified by BOTH sides.

When the incriminating evidence against Powell was released, I agreed he looked guilty. I will do the same should new evidence arise in the Zimmerman shooting, I will reconsider my position. What I will NOT do is ignore the evidence that DOES exist and base my opinion on public realtions blitzes.

I just wondered. I didn't try to get on today. I heard that he is trying to personally thank each donor. I don't doubt that he is honest and open. Nor do I think he's racist. I'm not convinced he won't be found guilty, though.
