My ex-girlfriend keeps having me to go back to court to valdidate earnings. Nothing has changed and yet I have to get all records in order again, sumbit paperwork, write letters, etc. Is there somewhere where someone has won an award with such duties of this harrassment and charge her for my lost time from home, my son, and my work?

Im not a lawyer!! Go talk to a lawyer first. I would think a simple show cause filing in the court would do if they can not explain why they keep filing petitions and nothings changed.Be prepared to negotiate a future date to reveiw your earnings with her in court. Get it in a court order and she has to go by that.

No biggie. The Navy seals that nabbed Osama were named Starla, Cupcake, and Penny. Clearly having a female name does not preclude combat effectivity.

Thank you...I guess there isn't anyone reading that knows of this...it would be nice to have a plan without a lawyer.

You would have to prove she is doing it maliciously and without cause. If you can then you may be awarded attorney fees. I'm not sure about time off work (definitely not if you are using paid leave). Family court will not award damages for harrassment. That would have to be filed in another venue.
