It's not 'he who shall not be named' but 'he who cannot be named' because his name has been blocked by DS.
If I remember right he got 12 years...no parole eligbility.

No offense taken. You are right, I thought my Upbringing was normal and deserved. Geesh, will this ever pass???? I hate that I sound like mum, hate that I "believe" what she believed. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Cuddy ultimately sentenced E ricson to 17 years in prison on the gross sexual assault charge, with five years suspended, meaning he will serve 12 years in prison. That will be followed by four years of probation, during which time Ericson will not be allowed to have unsupervised contact with girls under age 16.
He handed down a five-year sentence, to be served concurrently with the sentence for gross sexual assault, on the charge of unlawful sexual contact. He also gave E ricson a five-year concurrent sentence on the charge of sexual abuse of a minor.

LMAO, I am not some jailed person, nor have I ever been arrested for anything. You are ridiculous. I am also not MrsB. I left here in 2009 due to the stupidness I found here. I came here for a reason and found a lot of dumbass people, all "suspicious". I went to read a poster's bio, saw a personal email and warned people they could be traced that way. Simple. I was attacked for saying it. How dare I? I must be a stalker. Now I don't give a [censored] because all the players are still the same, 75% of you are liars and I find it hilarious that you are all still here trying to act superior to others. I came back to see if this site was any better, but nope, same people. LMAO.
