can he sell the house?

My husband left me bout 2 months ago and is living 1400 miles away with his girlfriend. He left me with no money. I hav a job but cannot pay all bills by myself! I will have to move out and go live with relatives in another state. My question is, can he sell our home that is in both of our names out from under me?
