He got his lawsuit settlement. Gonna pocket about $22,800 after the medical bills are paid. He told me he was GIVING me $3K, just for all the time I spent working it and getting him to the doc, etc.
WHAT a GREAT kid, huh?

He was the passenger in an SUV that got rear ended by a commercial tractor trailer. I know, the amount seems low, cause he torn a rotator cuff and needed SURGERY. But the lawyer was not all that good, IMO, so it is what it is.
On the brighter side, he is REAL good at telling when it is gonna RAIN now, LOL.

Sounds like a great kid!! Hope that he is physically now 100% better from the accident.
