Ok this is a long tale but I will make it short.
I'm in the military and I got married before I left. I cheated on my wife before we got married and I told her she held a grudge against me. When I got home she changed everything her temper attitude and everything. I decided to do some investigation of my own when she kept coming home late. I found a letter to this other guy talking about leaving me or staying with me and saving up money and than going to leave. Well I called a friend his wife was my wifes best friend they came over and she told me the truth she cheated on me. She told me she was still cheating on me. So I packed my [censored] and waited for my wife to come home and confronted her. She told me the truth but she only told me she did it once with this guy. I still left. But my heart told me to stay and I came back. She told me she might be pregnant and we were having a baby. She want in got tested came back and said she was not pregnant but she wants to be. I looked through her phone after that and was talking to that same guy saying its not my husbands because he used a condom. She want to the doctors like three weeks later and said that I got her pregnant finally. It seemed fishy to me. But I stayed. About a month later she want to the doctor and the doctor told her how far along she was and it was back all the way to when I was still using condoms. I didnt think of it and I love her so I did not think anything of it and put it to the back of my head.
1. Now enough of that. I want to get a dna test when the baby is born and does anyone know how much that will cost and will she find out about it or can it be private.
2. If the kid is not mine and I sign the birth certificate without knowing and find out later that it is not mine will I still be repsonsible for that child and have to pay child support.
3. If the kid is not mine can I file divorce under adultery.
I'm young and making wrong decisions I guess i just need some help thank you for anyone that helps. [color:black] [/color]

Florida law states if you are married at the time of birth or CONCEPTION the child is legally yours and you are responsible for the child, regardless of biology. The only way to change this is for all 3 parties, the mother, the legal father, and the biological father to all go to court at the same time and for the mother and biological father to report the child is not the husbands and the husband to deny the child and the mother and the biological father to report the child belongs to the other man and the judge will simultaneously terminate the legal father's rights and order the child belongs to the biological father. When a woman is married no signature is required on the birth certificate.
