Why did you post here if your sister is a Social Worker? She could provide better and more sound advice than random strangers on an internet chat board.
I feel bad for the kids in this sitch. Those boys have been abandoned and now accused of molesting their step sister.
This may not be popolar, but if you think about this her accusations are a way for her not to have to travel to see her steppies. A way for her DH's first children to be cut out of the picture. The only reason I say this are because of the timing. Weird that the molestation didn't happen until after the move - don't you think?
If I was BM, btw, I'd have the kids in counseling for everything related to this move at Dad's expense. My kids wouldn't go back over there until I could ensure their safety and make sure they were properly supervised.
Also, it is important to note that child molestation is different than being raped as a college adult. I'm sorry, they aren't the same.

I think it is actually their half-sister - not step-sister.
I do not get the feeling they are trying to cut the children out of the picture - they had 50/50. They did move leaving the BM to take over the daily care and they have made some mistakes regarding not paying support yet and no plan ironed out before the move etc... but to imply that this is some sort of ploy to excise the boys out of the picture is really reaching - I think some here say "I hope you have a net for that leap that far" or something similar.
And I do agree that being raped in college is completely different the being sexually abused/molested as a child committed by another child (even committed by an adult).
ETA: Actually it may be a step-sister - I think I may be confusing stories??

Last postings said the still weren't paying CS. Still waiting for BM to ask for it and still complaining about the lunch balance.
The timing of the accusations seems weird. It would be a way to cut the children out of her life and not feel guilty.

half-sister. DH asked the lawyer about the temp parenting plan and he said they don't do them in modifications.
I said I was raped in college and I was also sexually abused between the grades of 4th-8th. So yes as a child I was molested.
