A Few Less Worries

Well I basically disappeared for a while so I will update as best I can.
Ex still hasn't seen our children it's been just shy of a year. A few months ago I fired my lawyer just because paying her seemed like too much since he still will have no contact with me so then I filed contempt on him for all the unpaid crap and I won. He was charged with 5 counts of contempt and had little time to pay me all of the money he owed (about 3500.00) for extras. He paid it all and today we were back in court he wants his support lowered, I asked for sole custody. I can not get him to communicate with me at all so instead of putting myself in a position to be charged with contempt I asked for it. Low and behold that was the only thing he didn't want to fight about. His lawyer told the Judge that his client had no problem with me having sole custody I could have it. Still with no attorney I told the Judge that I really had nothing else to argue. Judge wasn't real pleasant with me so who knows how the case will turn out but in the end I guess they really can't go off of the c.s. guidelines and his income went up so I assume his support will too.
A bit upset with the whole situation I also ended my relationship of almost 2 years with my boyfriend and decided it is time for the kids and I to start over as best we can that includes me starting school in August to end in many years with a law degree.
So here I am a mommy with sole custody with an ex that wants nothing to do with his kids and I am now completely single too but with this many kiddos I bet I am never lonely.
