Court Ordered Counseling

We are suppose to go file divorce papers Thursday and I am still crushed. My husband has been gone 7 months and I thought I was over it, but filing the papers brings it all back. He said he does know what's wrong with him and why he cant even make himself want to try to fix, but he refuses to go to counseling. Is there a way to get court order couseling before a divorce? I just don't know what else I can do to fix this. I don't know what I have to do to make him care enough again.

If hes made his mind up then you are just wasting time, sorry I know thats not what you want to hear, but counseling is no good unless both sides want it, otherwise its just a waste of time and money.

I don't know what state you live in, but in Tennessee the court usually will not order counseling.
