Depends.
When considering child support they will count all income sources. Question is, will your ex file for additional support since you have this job.
She would be entitled to whatever the calculations decide which is based on where you live. Some states don't even calculate the custodial parent's income in the equation. Other states consider the income of both parents.

Are you on the "Ticket to Work" program ?
I would think (but don't know this as a fact) that no motion for a CS increase should happen until you have proven that you can sustain the work schedule and income with your disability. After several months you may have proven your ability to work that much and your ex may think you should be paying cs on that extra income. More importantly, the SSA will be looking at you to determine if you still meet the guidlines for being fully disabled.
How many hours per week are you working right now ? How close to SGA are you ?

Just wanted to add....
Are you civil with your ex ?
You might consider giving the ex a certain portion of your additional income, marked as cs.
You might want to have a chat with your ex that if you are able to sustain working for x period of time, you plan on giving him y towards cs or agree that having an official cs modification done after z period of time is reasonable. I would caution the ex about calling the SSA to ask these questions as you don't need more focus on your ability to work while you try to get back into it. It's also in your ex's best interest to have the SSDI benefits for you AND the kids continue until you are sure you can do SGA.

Depends on your state. In mine, all income is taken into account, including the benefits the CP receives from SSDI, which are assigned to the disabled parent as income.
In my case, I receive money from both SSDI and the VA, based upon my ex's disability.
Keep in mind, there are rules regarding SSDI and subsequent employment.
