I am trying to do my own divorce papers, for financial reasons. I live in Massachusetts, my spouse has moved to Florida. I am doing non-contested no fault. Anybody know what to do with the forms that need both signatures & need to be notarized?

Your state's petition is called a "Complaint For Divorce," and does not require your spouses' signature. If you are trying to file a "Joint Petition For Divorce," then yes, she must sign. If she cannot come back to MA or you go to FL or mail the forms to her there to facilitate this, why don't you just do it on your own?
It may be different for MA, but in AZ, also a no-fault state, the peitioner files for divorce and has the other spouse served with papers. As the respondent, your ex could file a response or not. If not, you might want to research procedures for default divorce cases. It might take a little longer that a joint petition, but I doubt it would cost much more...except for process server fee. In any case, you should do more research on the procedures for your state. What laws does Romania have for filing for divorce? If the situation were reversed (the husband a Romanian citizen and the sife in the US), the wife could file for divorce in HER current jurisdiction--the US. Is it possible for you to file for a divorce there in Romania?
Usually, as long as one jurisdiction recognizes the marriage, it has provisions for ending it, even if the start and end occured in different locales. So if Romania says your US marriage is valid in Romania, then you should be able to seek a divorce there in Romania...
