Now, there is the problem. It was stated that it was the BIL's account, not his. Why would he have to change passwords on a joint accounts? Why would he try and move $100,000 out of an account into his, if the BIL owned it, per court record? He needs to sit there until his trial.

No, he was on the phone with the credit union to change the passwords on their PERSONAL accounts, so she could direct the money from her computer.

So they could use it to pay for the hidden location they were staying at? Like I said, I don't CARE why she moved it.
And he WILL be granted bail at the next hearing on the 29th, and even if they raise it to a MILLION dollars, that means he will have to put up $100K...which he has. So he will be out on bail soon enough, no worries.

Nothing to defend. Even the COPS say the conversation was "coded". Which means they don't KNOW what it means.

All the prosecution wants to do is keep the bail so high, he has to give ANY and ALL free cash to the bail bondsman, thus he won't be able to pay the lawyer.

Try unarmed 17 year old ASSAILANT. But that is not the problem. The problem is that he is being STALKED and VILIFIED before stepping foot in a court room for the trial. He has had his LIFE threatened, his FAMILIES lives threatened, all because he DEFENDED himself.
Of course, YOU see him as a vigilante...but is YOUR opinion that he is a vigilante enough to JUSTIFY, as you have by not criticizing or calling for prosecution, a vigilante action against him by ANOTHER group?

Yes, I know EXACTLY what is means. The question is, are YOU too stupid to know that a LAWYER is not all that will be needed to defend this? They will need a ballistics expert, a medical examiner, a voice analyst, etc etc etc. They are not all working PRO BONO, and will need to be PAID.

Well, maybe they could live in their HOME, and get local JOBS if the GOVERNMENT that is trying so hard to put Zimmerman in jail for something he MIGHT have done, would prosecute the RACIST HATE MONGERS that put a BOUNTY on his head, and did so WITHOUT ANY QUESTION, beyond doubt.

They used to do that, I guess that policy changed. Oh well. He have well in excess of $300K now, so they could set the bond at 3 MILLION< and he will still get out.
Oh, btw, there is ZERO evidence that it was a "street fight". NO marks on Zimmerman's hands, an abrasion of Martin's hand, and DOCUMENTED damage to Zimmerman from the assault. Not a FIGHT, an ASSAULT.

Golly, Zimmerman can not use a "defense fund" for a bond. He has to come up with the money on his own. Say, he can write a check for 300,000 dollars. He would have to sign over 2,700,000 dollars to the bail bond company. It is a felony(Fl. bail bond practice). If he has that kind of assests why didn't he just say so?

Are you an idiot? Why would have have to give 3 million to the bail company? If the bail company puts up the bond, he has to pay them 10%. If he had 3 million dollars, he wouldn't NEED a bail bond company. Do you really understand how all this works? You don't, do you?

He has to be able to back up the funds to the bail bondsman. Seriously gd, iif he leaves the country, or jumps bail, the bail bondsman will have to pay the entire bail....he's going to want his money. You do know this, right???
