Now it goes to the House floor for a vote, during which he will PROBABLY be held in contempt. Not really sure why he won't turn over the requested documents, unless he or one of the higher ups was DIRECTLY involved or knowledgable of the operation, and he is covering for them.

Sorry, but they are investigating the Fast and Furious program. NO ONE has been disciplined or held accountable for what went wrong. Now, had Holder opened the books and been HONEST about it, we would not BE at this point.
But when he couldn't get what he wanted, he ran to Obama for help. The interesting thing is that the President can only use Executive privledge to protect himself or someone in the EXECUTIVE branch, like Bush did with the communications between Cheney and the Attorneys. So by using it for this, is he admitting that the Executive branch knew about F & F?
