Hubby enrolled son in summer prog w/out telling me

There is no custody order on file. I am biological mother. Separation agreement is waiting for court date to throw out. Went to summer prog with birth cert. and driv lic. Sheriff said can not let me take son with me because summer programs policy is not to release child to anyone but who is on enrollment forms which husband filled out and i am not on. Does anyone have feed back. I was told to go to magistrates office and get judge to order summer camp to release my son to me. I do have a custody court date but not until the 9th of July. ps. I am a stay at home mom.
