In NJ, if the amount of alimony I pay to ex-husband is lowered or terminated because my ex is cohabitating--could it also be increased if they break up/his girlfriend moves out/his girlfriend buys her own small house to say that she "lives" elsewhere?
Of course, in family law, anything is possible. I guess what I should say, is is it PROBABLE that an increase could be ordered further down the line? Thanks!

Termination , propably not . Any other modification may be subject to further modification based on a change in circumstances .
-------------------- Careful. We don't want to learn from this.

In Michigan, can I get the amount of alimony I pay to my ex wife if she is cohabitating with her, who also is the father of her children? He also gives her over $600 a month.
