I need to get a divorce and I have no idea what to do. No one cheated or did anything wrong it's a loveless marriage. Every time I talk about it to my husband he goes completely insane. I have no idea what to do. We don't have children all we have it a home in both of our names and both cars are in both of our names. I don't want the house I don't want his money, I just want to be free of the marriage. We live in Delaware and got married in California. Because of the way he acts I can't live here while we are trying to figure things out. I simply just tell him it's fine and life goes on as usual... I can't do it anymore. He wouldn't even be able to come to an agreement with me to either sell the house or he could keep it and pay the mortgage. I am an insurance agent I can support myself I just can't be in this marriage anymore. What should I do?

Move out, file for divorce in Delaware (assuming that is the state he is currently stationed in). It should be simple since you have no children and not a lot of assets and you have gainful employment so alimony is not likely an issue.
