No way to contact my ex

About a month ago my ex changed his cell phone number and told the kids not to give it to me. There was absolutely no reason for him to do this. He often just does things to try to push my buttons.

There are legitimate reasons why we need to be able to contact each other. When he needs to contact me he calls me while I'm at work and blocks his number so that it shows "private" on the caller id.

I don't know how to handle this.
