SD Updates

Oldest SD got a job and is working weekends. We've been babysitting since BM has the other 2 grandkids. Younger SD just got a full time job in an office, and will be working part time where she has been for the past several months on the weekends her exH has the kids. I try very hard to interact with the grandkids, play with them, change diapers, bathe them. It's sort of weird but fun. Shows what I missed not having my own. LOL. My own job has me so frustrated I am ready to take another position for LESS MONEY. I hate dealing with people who don't listen or do what I ask. Other than that, things have been ok. My "step dad" has been in hospital for nearly 2 weeks. Had a colostomy and is recovering. Hope he pulls through, he's only 71. He and mum were together since I was 18. Prayers needed please. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Hope your step dad does okay, Char. Was it colon cancer ? Or an obstruction or inflammation problem ?

I hope that you can work out a decent job situation. Not many of us can claim to have the 'perfect job', but stressing out Monday through Friday with a job you hate and babysitting EVERY weekend (no matter how much you love grandbabies) doesn't leave a lot of down time to make a happy Char.

It's GREAT to hear that the two sd's are working !
