Will the Army assist in relocating the spouse and children during a divorce? I am three months pregnant so the divorce will be pending until the baby is born in March but I am planning on moving back to my hometown in a month or two. Is there any kind of allowance or assistance or reimbursement I am entitled to even though my husband is staying here at Campbell?

No.
Sometimes if the military member happens to be transferring you can get them to your things (as long as it isn't any further than his next duty station) to your home. In the Navy it can be further than the PCS if you are moving to or returning from "arduous sea duty," but I don't know if the Army has a similar exception. Even so, if he is staying it would be moot.
