I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to get any information or even a response, by the plan administrator of my x husbands retirement account. Not even with a lawyer!I have been trying for six plus years.I have a judgment and have 'joined' them with all the right paper work. What can I do to get the financial info I need to be done with this issue?

If the divorce agreement is clear as to what has to be done -- including the QDRO if here is one -- then file a contempt action.

Thanks, I've been asking my lawyer to do that for the past couple years! I just got a letter from him today or actually a copy of the letter he has sent to my x husbands lawyer twice now, requesting the financial information needed to draw up a QDRO. I should have received some sort of information or at least a response from the administrator long before now. I don't know why my lawyer is dragging his feet, but I paid him five thousand dollars six years ago to do this.
