Getting a divorce, Im deployed and wife is AIT

Wife and I decided we got married to fast and both want dif things out of life, we agreed that we would just both go our own ways and keep our money, neither of us have access to each others accounts. Will the Military force me to give her BAH and sep pay while shes at her AIT?
