I live in Iowa wife signed consent of divorce petition I filed. She has SSD and I have a good job 45000 yr. We have been married 15yrs what is the chance if anyone knows that she would be awarded both child support and alimony she also receives money for our daughter since she is receiving social security disability thank you

The SSDI that she recieves for your dd represents HER contribution to your dd's care. Any CS that you pay will be YOUR contribution. The SSDI benefit for your dd "follows" your dd......it goes to dd's custodial parent.
I don't know the norm for Iowa, but in many states her disability might make her eligible for permanent spousal support. That would be figured on the difference between your salary and HER SSDI income (not your dd's SSDI children's benefit). She might also be able to get a larger portion of any assets that you have to divide.
Are you planning on going for 50/50 custody or you being the custodial parent ? Do you plan on your stbx being the custodial parent ? Is she able to be the custodial parent ?
If your stbx is going to be the CP, I don't see any reason based on the info your provided that she wouldn't get CS and SS. Have you used a CS estimator for your state ? There might not be a ton of money left after CS for SS to be based on......until the CS is over with. How old is your dd ?

Her attorney informed mine that they are going for Sole custody no visitation for me my attorney wants joint custody 50/50 as far as an estimater it came out to be 812.00 for CS month out of 2162.00 net my DD is 12 in Nov turns 13

this was a quick reply when my attorney haded the divorce pettition to her attorney right before the order of protection hearing. Also its just not my wife Im divorcing according to my attorney my wifes mother is heavily engaged in the process.

Then it sounds like your lawyer should be demanding that you have primary custody of your dd and your stbx only gets supervised visitation.
