I am paying monthly support which was suppose to stop when my ex remarries. In the beginning she was suppose to notify me within 48 hours of her getting a job so the support could be modified. She never did and I had to go to court. Now, the support stops if she remarries. I heard from someone that she has remarried. I know she lives with a boyfriend, but how can I find out about a marriage? I would need to get some sort of proof to take to court.

I am not positive but aren't marriage records public knowledge - you might be able to go to your states court website and see it there was a marriage certificate issued. I was able to get my husbands divorce from his first marriage by just ordering them from the county they lived in - he did not even have to sign anything so I would think marriage records would also be available - that is where I would start.

For me it was easy, she posted it on Facebook, wedding photos and all. Sure I am blocked, but one of her "friends" sent me a text when it happened.
Oddly enough she denied that she got married (fraud) in response to my email questioning her about it. I printed her facebook page off and filed a pro se motion with it. It worked! No marriage certificate required!
If I didn't live 600 miles away I would have gone to the county recorder's office looking for the certificate. I guess that's your best option.
Moral of the story: only a woman would post wedding photos on facebook then lie about to fraudulently collect more alimony. Might as well tattoo the word liar on her forehead.

See if you can find out "where" she got remarried. My wife and I live in NJ, but got married in VT (close to family) so our records are in Vermont, not NJ. Then go to that town hall and buy a copy of the marriage license. Should be anywhere from $5-$25 for a copy.

Sure "IF" they got married in their home state. It's pretty easy to go some place else and get married. The marriage certificate would then be filed there.

Change 'woman' to 'a$$hole' and I'd agree.
