Our court date was scheduled for the 21st of Oct. Neither he or his attorney showed up. The judge told us to come back today. Does anyone know what will happen if he doesn't show up today? He has changed the locks on our home and I need my clothes and shoes out of our home. It's getting cold here and all I have is a pair of sandles and tennis shoes. I can't wear tennis shoes to work. :confused:

He didn't show up again today but his attorney did. Why do you have to go to court if you can't say anything to defend yourself? Hell just let the lawyers duke it out come to a decision and call you when it's over.

I had the same problem just a couple of weeks ago... judge pretty much told my ex he could neglect the kids and I could do nothing..
